New Moon Ceremony is a sacred time to honor the present phase of our journey and set NEW INTENTIONS for the NEW Cycle we are embarking. You will learn about the specific moon, what sign it is in, the theme, or effect it may have on us, and any other astrological events taking place. There will be some very gentle restorative poses for contemplation, journal prompts, and guided meditation.
