Yoga Nidra Sound Healing

Join Kelly Wiseman on Wednesdays at 6:30PM for a lovely relaxing time to nourish your mind, body, & spirit! Kelly will be leading you through a Yoga Nidra practice; Yoga Nidra decreases your stress hormones, relieves anxiety, and activates the healing responders in your body. She will also be incorporating sound healing, which resets your vagal tone and nourishes the cells in your body. You will leave feeling like a new person!
